We found Chad on the internet as we are from another state . It was a great find. I will highly recommend him . As soon as we contacted him on the phone , he sent us prospective properties to review and did it more then once. When we finely made it to San Diego, Chad was ready for us and apparently knew what to show us...we bought the first condo that he showed us that day. Chad is really an amazing person and even more amazing agent. He helped my husband and I buy a home, in a bit of an odd situation. My husband is in the US Marine Corps and at the time we were living in North Carolina knowing that we had orders to Ca. I was able to come to Ca for about 2 weeks to hunt for a home. It is here that I met Chad. Chad went above and beyond his duty for us! He showed me house after house until we found...the one. After finding the one, there were some tough moments, as I had to go back to NC. At no time did a question go without an answer, he responded by text and email within 10mins after! Absolutely spectacular service and expertise! As for savvy marketing skills, I have never before seen brochures, online virtual tours and photos do a property that much justice. My property sold within minutes of listing, and we continued to receive multiple offers above the asking price. We ultimately achieved the highest price per square foot seen in the area in the last 3 years. Throughout the process, Chad always went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. When an evil appraiser almost thwarted the deal, Chad made sure my voice was heard, and went so far as soliciting the buyer’s agent to collectively contest the appraisal. Then when I questioned aspects of the inspection, Chad worked with me to understand and efficiently resolve each issue. Even after the sale, he provided copies of all pertinent data/forms on a handy USB. And finally, he knows the difference between a mean and a median, and who wouldn’t love that? I could not be happier.

We were nervous first time buyers, and he patiently guided us through each and every step (some times several times through the same step). Almost exactly 4 years after buying our home with Chad, we recently sold that home and bought another. I've heard a lot of complaints from friends about problems getting hold of their realtor, but Chad was exactly the opposite, often following up without even being asked. Not only is Chad an excellent realtor, he's a great guy who will do whatever it takes to get you the best deal for your family. We can't say enough good things about Chad. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He made us feel like we were the only people he was working with. If we had a question, he had an answer...and he always got back us quickly. He helped us sell our home and find a new home quickly.
