Hello, my name is Cherry Tidwell, and I am a Naples REALTOR® and Real Estate Divorce Specialist (REDS™) dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident real estate decisions. With more than 10 years of experience in real estate administration, marketing, and customer service, along with a background in psychology, I bring a thoughtful combination of strategy, empathy, and strong negotiation to every transaction.

I work with clients buying and selling condos, single-family homes, luxury residences, second homes, and investment properties, as well as individuals navigating major life transitions such as divorce, relocation, and downsizing. With my RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designations, I focus on smart pricing, creative marketing, and protecting my clients’ interests every step of the way.
