Golden Gate had 16 new listings and 14 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 54—up 1.89% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.
Of those 54 active listings, 25.93% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Golden Gate grew 10.12% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $462,450. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
