Chris was absolutely amazing to my husband and I! I was 9 months pregnant and decided it was a good time to sell our house... I thought it would have been a complete disaster but it was actually an awesome experience with the help of Chris!!! He made everything for us so easy and fast! Chris helped my wife and I purchase our first home in May, 2020. He was thoughtful, responsive, knowledgeable, and knew which questions to ask the sellers' agent and when to ask them. He displayed a level of knowledge and expertise about what price a home would go for and how quickly it would be on the market. He never once made us feel like we were inexperienced. It was a pleasure to work with him, he gave us a lot of insight into how the real estate market works here and we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy their next home!

Chris was awesome, we couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us with buying our first home. He knows a ton about the local market, was always extremely responsive, and offered us great advice when writing up offers and negotiating with the sellers and listing agent. Since this was our first home, we had a ton of questions, and he always took the time to clearly explain every step of the process. He was also honest and transparent when it came to how houses were priced and things that he noticed during inspection. We also worked with several folks he recommended for inspection, closing attorney, etc., all of whom were outstanding. If you are buying a home, Chris is the realtor you need. He went above and beyond for us in every possible way. From walking us through the process (first time home buyers), setting us up with an exceptional team (local, small mortgage bank & fantastic attorney), and continuing to answer questions after we closed, Chris was there. He was always quick to respond, helped us with an appropriate offer without pressuring us to go over our budget, and provided us with advice we didn't know we needed.
