For more than 30 years, Michael Hastings has helped people throughout Middle Tennessee buy, sell, manage, and invest in real estate. Based in Hendersonville, Michael is the Principal Broker and co-owner of Network Properties, LLC, and Property Management Nashville, LLC.

Michael has built his business the old-fashioned way—through relationships, hard work, straight answers, and clients who come back or refer their friends and family. After decades in the business, he believes his job isn't simply to sell someone a property or get a listing. It's to give people the information and advice they need to make a good decision, even when that means telling them something they may not want to hear.

His experience spans residential sales, luxury homes, investment properties, land, new construction, REO and distressed properties, as well as more than 30 years of property management. Having worked through strong markets, recessions, the foreclosure crisis, and everything in between, Michael brings a level of experience that can only come from having been there before.

Real estate is also a family business. Michael's wife, Darlene, is a Broker and co-owner, and their son, Brent, is a REALTOR® with Network Properties. That family connection reflects the way Michael has always approached his business—personally.

After more than three decades, Michael still enjoys what drew him to real estate in the first place: meeting people, solving problems, negotiating deals, and helping someone move on to the next chapter of their life.

For Michael, the best measure of success isn't how many properties he's sold. It's having clients who still call him years later because they know they can trust his advice.
