Chris Polston

Chris Polston served in the Army as an Officer for 6 years. He completed several PCS moves and is intimately familiar with the stressors that accompany a military relocation. After leaving the Army, he joined his family's real estate business. While Chris enjoys helping everyone, he recognized a significant need, and his goal is to assist as many military personnel and families as he can in achieving their real estate objectives.

Chris's background has taught him to analyze numbers and be prepared. Although real estate transactions often present bumps and curves, he navigates them to ensure a smooth process for his clients. Chris adopts a down-to-earth and realistic approach, using knowledge and data to support his opinions. He is ready to set up an appointment and begin working for you!

When he isn’t focused on real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, working on DIY home renovations, reading a book, or tending to his garden, wondering why his vegetables won't grow.
