Hello! My name is Connor, and I have been in real estate for five years. Four years of that was spent working in luxury apartment rentals, and the last year in Bay County, Florida, as a licensed agent representing buyers and sellers. I also own and operate my own short-term rental management company here in Panama City Beach, FL. As an investor myself, I am highly focused and passionate about representing investor clients in the buying and selling of commercial properties, multi-family units, fix-and-flip projects, BRRR strategies, and rental spaces. Conner was great he contacted me quickly and listened to all my questions and concerns and answered each one with out any hesitation. He helped me sell my property quickly when I was ready and was accommodating since I had a renter in there. When it came to the process of selling it too he was there every step of the way and was super helpful with everything and if we had a bump he figured out a solution for it.
