We met Mrs. Dania Perry while she was showing a home that we looked at a year before when we had another agent from another agency. Tim and I were immediately very impressed with Mrs. Perry's personality, knowledge, and warmth as an agent. So once we got an offer that we did not solicit on our home, Tim and I thought it would be very wise to have her manage the transaction of the home and to purchase a new home with her.
