Dania Perry

I am a retired real estate attorney. I have engaged Dania Perry to assist me in selling two upscale homes. I could have not been more pleased with her knowledge of the market and her professionalism. I have subsequently referred her to friends of mine and they too have been likewise pleased with her services. There is nobody in the beach market that knows it like Dania. I trust her and her judgement, and my trust was rewarded with a quick sale at the right price. She knows so much about the market that I actually feel for her competitors as they are at a tremendous disadvantage. I have used her 4 times (bought and sold 2 homes through Dania) and we were successful in all regards every time. I will use her again should the need and opportunity arise.

Could not have gone much better or quicker. Very pleased. She knows the price to sell a home, what it will sell for to meet a particular time constraint (i.e. a quick sell to cover a contingency). She knows people, the process, and the market like nobody that I have ever dealt with.
