Dan made a difficult move seamless and calm! Our family decided my mother should move closer to us, which meant she needed to sell the land her father gave to her and on which she and my father built their home. Quite emotional! Dan was recommended by a local realtor for an out of state home sale in NJ. Upon speaking with Dan I immediately knew he was the right fit! He was educated on surrounding properties and his goal was to make sure the home was sold for fair market value versus a quick sale to pocket a commission! (I had another agent who was suggesting the home be listed almost $20K lower!) Being an out of state deal can be difficult but he made it extremely smooth and was regularly available to speak and guide me through the entire process.
