I had sold a house in California and was looking to purchase a shore home for rental in New Jersey. Nancy was referred to me by my Realtor in California. Nancy had given me available real estate in a different area then I was interested in. Once I clarified where I was interested, she jumped in and sent me what I was looking to purchase.
