He made each walk through a breeze and even brought us to homes we found independently. He was very friendly and honest with us about each property. Here are a few things that Dave is willing to do that others are less willing to do: 1) Hike through the woods around any houses you might be interested in to get a feel for the natural beauty of the area. 2) Walk around and talk to possible future neighbors. 3) Research all of the past and current values, history, and future building situations in and around your possible future home. 4) Argue/negotiate with selling realtor(s) in order to help advocate for his client(s). 5) Work with you based on your individual situation. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a realtor in north Jersey.
