I selected Flo after a listing agreement with another realto/broker expired.

Flo made critical recommendations regarding readying the property for sale which resulted in an accepted offer within days of the property's re-listing. Also, Flo has an excellent network of contractors who are cost conscious, professional, courteous, and helpful. With their help, we turned around a nice unit which was dated and hum-drum into a sharp property whose attributes were apparent from the moment the front door was opened. And it did not cost a lot of money to do so.

I have purchased and sold many residential properties and as an attorney dealt with many realtors in handling the purchase and sale of properties on clients' behalf. As a realtor, Flo is second to none. She is professional, ultra-competent, responsive, and effective. My only regret is that I first listed the property with another realtor. I would have saved $5,000 in carrying costs if I had first listed with Flo and followed her recommendations.

Seeing other properties with Tim helped us gauge the marketability of our property and conclude that the improvements recommended by Flo were in fact necessary in order to effectively market the property. Ultimately, we recouped nearly all of the cost of the improvements and an offer of 98% of the asking price was received within four days of the improvements being completed, even though the property was previously on the market for six months with another realtor.

Keep up the good work. Very personable and knowledgeable team. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are of the sun city, kings point area. Their response time is excellent. I was out of town when I received the listing. I called at 9 am about the property and by 10 am, they were at the property, giving me a condition report. By 1 pm Flo Vachon had written the offer and submitted it to the seller. The purchase of the property took less than 1 day.
