We have had many dealings with Flo both personal & professional. She is a good friend & I feel she is excellent at what she does & how she handles herself. I wanted to have someone list the house who I knew & trusted.
Her team was excellent also. They were always very informative & kept right on top of issues. We were always notified in an urgent manner. They were also very polite & friendly. Closings always went smoothly!

I was very impressed by both Flo and Tim Vachon---they could not have been more helpful. and patient with me guiding me through the process. The property I purchased was EXACTLY what I was hoping for.

Tim Vachon, our agent, was excellent----went to great lengths to find EXACTLY the right property for me and was attentive to every detail throughout the process. A gold star for him!!!.

I knew a couple of years ago that I wanted another home in Sun City Center. I had my list of criteria that I wanted in my new home and of course I had a small amount with which to purchase this property. Tim Vachon set me up with daily updates of new listings. He was ALWAYS pleasant about showing me house after house after house. Always checking what needed to be checked and helping me to clarify in my mind what I would need to replaced and what would need to be done to each house. I was starting to doubt that "my home" was out there. Tim didn't give up. When "my house" was found Flo got involved with all the details of making it happen. There were times that I thought it wouldn't happen negotiations were not going well but Flo kept working and pulled out a miracle! Flo and Tim are a wonderful team! Between the two of them they have every detail covered! I could not be happier with how smoothly they made the process happen! And now I am "over the moon" with my new home! When I am ready to sell my current house here in Sun City the Vachon Team will be the first call I will make!

My wife and I bought a home this past summer with the help of Flo and Tim Vachon. That transaction went so well I listed a property with Flo when the time came to sell. Flo Vachon went over the property and the current market with me in some detail. She had some good suggestions to help make the sale quick and easy. Flo took some nice pictures which I am sure helped. I took her suggestions to heart and signed the listing. Because Flo had prepared me on what to expect I felt confident. There were a couple of offers, and for each Flo's feedback was important to help me make the best decision for me, not necessarily make the quickest sale. In the end, a full money offer was made and accepted. I needed to be out of town leading up to the closing, and Flo and the whole Flo Vachon team kept the ball rolling, leading to a very acceptable deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Flo to anyone, buying or selling. Thanks, Flo!

Flo was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have listened to her several times at bni and though thank you from others and was very impressed. When i went to sell my home, I knew i wanted to use her. My home was sold from start to closing in 14 days.

As executors of their father's estate, my husband and his brother were faced with selling his home after his death. Both are out of town with one out of state. I interviewed 2 brokers to handle the sale. Flo Vachon excelled in several areas - she openly shared her contacts for readying the property for sale, she thoroughly inspected the property for potential issues and disclosures, and she had extensive knowledge of the Sun City Center home models and what buyers liked/disliked about them. I was also impressed by her certifications which indicated to me that real estate was her passion and not a part time job. If that weren't enough, Flo's positive attitude and warm personality made the decision easy.

Flo Vachon & her team provide a level of service above and beyond any Realtor I've dealt with in preparing a house for market. My father-in-law's house needed several repairs & the contents needed to be removed. The "to do" list was extensive - estate sale or buyout, house cleaning, carpet cleaning, painting, repairs to the roof & sprinklers, and mold remediation. Flo's list of contractors is excellent and she acted as general contractor - arranging service, inspecting work and making sure the job was done right. I have never received this level of service from a Realtor before. She saved us several trips to Sun City Center & secured work at reasonable prices.

Adding to the complexity, Flo needed to coordinate the listing & sale of the property with 2 co-executors in 2 states. She was always flexible and resourceful in her efforts to secure needed signatures and communicate status.

To sum up, Flo Vachon and her team made the sale of my father-in-law's home seamless and efficient at a very stressful time in our life. Her positive attitude and impeccable work ethic were instrumental in guiding the listing and sale to closure in a reasonable time frame. From our first meeting in July to closing in October, Flo guided preparation of the house for listing and then used feedback to continue addressing and correcting the property's shortfalls so that buyers had no excuse to pass on it. The couple who bought the property have now turned to Flo Vachon to sell their own home in Sun City Center. They couldn't have made a better choice!
