She was always very responsive to calls, texts and emails and never made me feel like I was bothering her with a silly question. She is good at offering advice and letting you make your decision based on advice given. She has great relationships with service providers should you need work done. When they hear Flo sent you, they put you at the top of their list. I would definitely use Flo again should the need arise and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

I was just in the beginning of deciding whether to sell or rent my mother's house. I had received her Kings Point Real Estate Market Update mailer. My first interaction with Flo was remotely via email and later the same day she called me to talk. Flo discussed my options to provide answers to my questions and suggestions to help me make the right decisions.
