Flo Vachon's years of experience, her training, knowledge of the conditions affecting property sales and her ability to provide resource guidance were the greatest influences in choosing her team to market my property.

When I met with Flo Vachon for an interview she left material for my review which outlines her resources for marketing property she listed. Based on that information, we did not discuss the marketing a great deal other than what wording the MLS system would allow. The trait I most appreciated with Flo was her acceptance and flexibility. I choose the price I wished to list at and she did not hesitate or try to persuade me to a different price. I requested a shorter than usual list time and again she accepted without hesitation. Throughout contract negotiations she expressed opinions on my requests but did not insist it be done as she wanted. Also, of great note, once under contract, I was not at my property to take care of a few matters which arose and it was Flo and her team which handled those matters and assured me it was no inconvenience. It was an inconvenience but it set my mind at ease and I appreciate that.

My satisfaction with Flo Vachon and her Team is demonstrated in that I have already referred a friend who has listed with her.

If you are in need of real estate assistance - buying or selling in the Sun City Center area you will NEVER find a better team to work with than the Flo team. My friends and I have now used them a total of 7 times and there are 5 of us so several have used the team more than once. This team is top notch from start to finish. They care about the client and are always responsive - even at very odd times you aren't left to wonder. The entire team is well informed and if they don't know the answer rest assured they will get the answer in short order. Buying or selling is both exciting and stressful. They were there to pump the excitement and reduce the stress. This was not my first time selling/buying a home but Flo and her team (Tim,Linda and Catrina) made this THE most pleasant experience I've ever had (except the last one - oh wait that was with them too!). I have so much respect for this team and confidence in them that I have relatives from out of state working with them for a move to the area. They have truly mastered the art of listening and hearing what their clients are saying and make every effort to fill the dreams of the client without ANY pressure that you are taking too much of their time. They advise but don't push - buying or selling. I can't say enough positive things about Flo Vachon and her team.
