Flo, and her presentation and personality won us over within a few minutes. We previously interviewed other brokers and felt she far surpassed them with her professionalism, knowledge of our needs, area and marketing plan. When she brought our contract, took the pictures and answered a multitude of questions we were confident we had made the correct choice of her as our realtor but also KELLER Williams as our Real Estate Ofc. Our home sold in 4 days and of course we are elated as we have the ability to continue our lives without the stress of wondering when and if it will sell.

Flo was excellent. We were selling our parent's home after their passing so it was a stressful situation, especially since we were out of town. Flo consistently acted in an extremely professional manner. She responded to all requests in a timely manner. She addressed all concerns with the buyers and offered us excellent recommendations. I was a realtor and understand the work involved on the backend. We had also just sold my sister's home out of the area after passing and it was such a horrible experience. Flo reinstated my faith in realtors. Not only did we have to deal with estate issues, but selling property that you aren't near can be a miserable experience. I can't say enough about Flo's professionalism and her ability to do what was needed to close the deal. We always had confidence that it would close. Even though it was on the market such a short time, she still to address the issues that arose outside the normal expectations (changing out batteries on smoke detectors and getting an extra inspection requested by the buyer). Thank you for making this such a stress free sale. We'd be happy to serve as references (and that is not something I offer quickly).

When buyers voiced objections to our property, Flo Vachon made astute suggestions for correcting major problems at minimal expense and arranged for appropriate trade companies to do the work. An acceptable offer followed in short order.
