It's not easy to sell an older mobile home, but Dean did not shy away. He gave it his full attention and luckily we had the ultimate buyer, but when I gave Dean my must have net to the Estate, he was great with the negotiating with the buyer's agent. We ended up shy of my mark, but only due to the slowness of the court for approvals. He is a master negotiator and very pleasant to work with and no matter the time of day or day of week, he took my calls or texted that he was on a call and would call me right back...and he did.
He was at the home for the inspectors and all that needed to be done as I live 45 miles away and he had a person for all that needed to be done and at reasonable costs.
I never felt out of the loop.
We both learned a lot about dealing with the probate court and I know he took notes and will bring that experience to the next one!
