Deanna Vela was faced with the task of selling my late mother's home in San Bernardino within a certain time frame. I live out of state so our communications were strictly via email, phone, text, etc. Deanna was so patient with me and my anxiety ridden emails, texts and phone calls. She was always very calm and willing to hear my concerns! I appreciated that Deanna would always respond to me in a timely manner..even if it was to say she'd get back to me later in the day. Deanna is really on top of her game and has many resources when needed and she is eager to help any way she can (even AFTER everything was said and done, she was still willing to help get me additional information I needed). Once we were in our final contract, the process moved so quickly! Escrow actually closed EARLY! I feel like we lucked out with Deanna....I couldn't have asked for a more efficient and helpful agent. I would recommend Deanna Vela to my family, friends and strangers!

Excellent agent...ranks very high amongst numerous realtors we have used in the past!

Deanna found a buyer who offered cash and we accepted the however we also had multiple offers and most were for more mnney than what the initial price. She amazed us because the sale was fair, quick and easy.

Deanna brought great professionalism yet was low key and kept our anxieties at a low grade!
