Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, DeCarlo has witnessed the tremendous growth and transformation of not only the Tampa Bay Area but especially the Brandon-Lithia-Riverview-Valrico areas. After obtaining her degree in Economics, she returned to the area and later earned her Accounting degree while building a successful career in finance working for local and national non-profit organizations.

DeCarlo’s passion for real estate and family, as well as her finance background and attention to detail, allows her to be your advocate.
