Dee was a tremendous blessing in helping me find a home I truly love. I relocated from Indiana shortly before Covid and didn’t know the area—or the due diligence process well. I found Dee through an employee benefit Realtor search and I’m so thankful I did. She asked thoughtful questions, listened closely, and somehow understood what I wanted even when I wasn’t sure. As my budget and priorities changed, Dee adapted. When a home that had been out of my price range dropped, she called me and suggested we tour it, and she was right. The inspection revealed major issues, but Dee negotiated (and negotiated again) to protect me. She handled scheduling, connected me with a patient lender, and they coordinated directly unless they needed me, which was a huge help since I work a lot. She even found a contractor to quote repairs during New Year’s week while I was on vacation. I never felt like a commission she truly cared that I didn’t settle. In the end, it was THE house, and I gained a friend.

Throughout the entire process of our home search, she was knowledgeable and professional. She knew what questions to ask to help us pinpoint exactly what we were looking for and gave us many options to look at. She is very knowledgeable about the Mooresville/Lake Norman and surrounding area. At no point did we feel pressured to decide on a property. In the competitive home market of today, availability is highly important. Dee was available to us and made appointments for us to see houses immediately after seeing the listings. She responded quickly every time we reached out, which was very important to us and she was extremely patient fielding any and all questions we had. She kept in communication with the selling agent and provided valuable advice on creating an offer that would be both fair and attractive to the seller

I cannot fully describe how amazing Dee was with helping us find our perfect home. She was on top of every little detail, including ones we didn’t even know we needed. She has a fantastic personality that will get you what you are looking for, even if it means taking the extra steps necessary to make it happen. She truly gave it her all and you can tell she cares so much and is passionate about finding the right home. I have and will continue to highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!!

Dee is amazing. I highly recommend going with Dee as a realtor. If we needed anything, she was there. She helped us look at homes in the area and we eventually went with new construction. She helped through the entire process, answering any questions we had, lining up inspections, helping us ask the right questions, and helping us understand the process.
