Hi, I am Denise Martin. I have five grown children. After attending Rick’s College (BYU Idaho), I spent several years in bookkeeping and served as a Relocation Director for a large real estate brokerage in San Diego County. Following a move to Utah, I owned the “Curves for Women” franchises in Orem and Spanish Fork. In 2001, I helped start and owned @Home Realty Network, which we merged with RealtyPath in 2014. I'm consistently a top-producing agent in Utah County and have won many awards, including the Board of Realtors' "Excellence in Real Estate" Award. Much of my business comes from repeat and referred clients because I believe in providing exceptional service, communication, and accuracy. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, participating in church callings, riding my Segway, building Legos, reading, and engaging in a wide variety of crafts. I love to travel . . . especially to the beach!
