For Dennis Ciot, life is defined by the foundations we build, both literal and relational. Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, by Romanian immigrant parents, Dennis learned the value of perseverance, adaptability, and strong roots from an early age. Proud of his multicultural upbringing, he remains fluent in both English and Romanian.

Dennis relocated to the St. Louis area with his family in late 2010, reinforcing a belief that continues to guide him today: the journey is most meaningful when shared with the people you love. Married since 2014, Dennis and his wife are the proud parents of four children: three daughters and one son. Being a present, hands-on father remains his greatest motivation.

Before beginning his real estate career, Dennis spent years working in home remodeling and construction. That experience gave him a practical understanding of craftsmanship, structural integrity, and the potential hidden within a property. Today, as a licensed real estate professional with Sansone Residential Collective, he brings that valuable perspective to every client and transaction.

Whether assisting with residential homes, multifamily properties, or commercial investments, Dennis looks beyond the surface. He combines technical knowledge, thoughtful problem-solving, and straightforward communication to help clients recognize value, evaluate opportunities, and move forward with confidence.
