We are so glad we found Madison & Devon! Our father in Galt, CA recently passed away and my sister and I were in a position of needing to prepare his home for sale. We were nervous because neither of us have much experience with real estate, we both work full time, and I live two states away. We searched for realtors in the area with a high volume of sales and Madison & Devon were at the top. We contacted them, they immediately responded and from our first meeting set our minds at ease. They handled everything from helping find inspectors, contractors, landscaping, cleaning, staging, and showing. We handled almost everything via text, email, and phone calls, which was super helpful with our busy schedules. The house sold very quickly for the price we were looking for. All the fees and expectations were laid out up front and there were no last-minute surprises. We couldn't be happier with our experience.
