As a first-time homebuyer, I relied heavily on Jennifer’s experience and trusted her to represent my best interests throughout the process. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. I often felt that she advocated more for the seller and getting the transaction completed than for me as her client. I expected stronger guidance and negotiation, especially when it came to the purchase price. Ultimately, I believe I paid significantly more for the property than I should have, and I did not feel that my interests were adequately protected during the negotiation process. Looking back, I wish I had received more objective advice, stronger advocacy, and better negotiation on my behalf.
