We had to move Dad to assisted living, over an hour away from his house, and wanted to sell the house quickly. Don met with me at the house shortly after I contacted him, and he let me know what to do to get ready to put the house on the market. He also got the spare house key from the neighbor and brought the trash bins into the garage that we had left out for trash day as we did the final clean-up. What took the longest was the estate sale and cleaning out the house afterward, then Don arranged for pictures and the house went on the market on a Monday. The following day we got the best offer, above what we were asking, and closed about a month later.
