Our homebuying experience could have been a disaster had it not been for Donna. We have been in our home for just short of 1 year. Our choice of our realtor was easy due to the fact that we went to high school with Donna in addition we were Facebook friends and saw more than just the business side. She is honest and professional.

She knows the Atlanta and surrounding areas. She heard what we wanted, asked the right questions before we went on the first showing. This cut down the showings. We only saw 3 homes! We closed on the 3rd house. Sounds easy. It wasn't as simple as it could have been since our lender missed some things which delayed and threatened our closing. Donna kept us informed answered calls, made calls and eased our anxiety. Had she not been our realtor I do not think we would be celebrating our first Christmas is our new home. My husband, son, and I had just moved to Georgia in March from NYC. We thought we would need to be in our new state for much longer before we could start the home buying process. After speaking to Donna she assured us that we should be able to get the process started as soon as we both had 3 months on our new jobs. Donna was very responsive to our needs/wants and was there every step of the way through pre-approval, house hunting, and closing. We were so anxious to start looking at homes that we asked her on a Thursday and she delivered! It took us less than 2 months including the pre-approval process to close on our new home. Everybody we know said this was literally the fastest home buying process they have ever seen. This was great for us, because from the beginning we said we wanted to be in our house before our baby girl arrives in December. Donna has become not only our realtor, but a friend supporting us even after closing. I would recommend her to any of my family or friend!
