Jonathan is now the only realtor that we will use and we would referrer anyone to him. My wife found him on Facebook and he stepped up to work outside of his normal area (Douglas county) and helped us close on a house out in Lake County.

Jonathan’s proactive nature and attention to detail allowed us to get a house on the 2nd offer and we were able to close in 26 days. That sounds like there were no curve balls, there were issues but Jonathan was able to walk us through and keep everything on track. Zero communication problems, I don’t think this man sleeps, his recommendations were spot on and following his sage advice we got the house we wanted.

We did get lucky with a few things so 26 days was fast, but if you are looking for a smart, capable agent to have in your corner I would just give Jonathan a call. Even with a house outside of his normal area he was able to get us the house we wanted.
