From start to finish she helped us decide what the right asking price should be, we listed it at the top of the range. She was honest about staging the house and making sure we were ready, when we did list it we have signs and directional everywhere, we had an offer the first day, went into a multiple offer situation and ended up getting over list for the home. The process after the offer went very smooth from the home inspection, final walk through and closing. She kept us up to date made sure they buyer was qualified and celebrated with us when we closed. Great Experience!
