Eric happened to be the agent listed on a home my fiancée and I found on zillow. He gave an honest tour of the property and always pointed out potential problem areas. He understood and respected my requirements. The best part about Eric is he's not a pushy salesman, he genuinely wants the best for you. He helped us find the perfect house, and then went the extra mile, helping us negotiate to avoid paying closing costs, keep some furniture in the home, and even a reduced interest rate on my loan. To top it all off, he's just an all around enjoyable guy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home in central michigan!
