Erica went above and beyond to help us buy our home. When we looked at houses she would go into crawlspaces, etc. to find any possible concerns and would be completely upfront with us about any she found. In addition to being kind and responsive, she went out of her way to find additional information about the house, regularly went back to the house to do walkthroughs with our family or check on things, advised us throughout the process, and did a fantastic job negotiating with the seller, saving us thousands. We were extremely impressed with Erica and would recommend her to anyone.
