As a first buyer, it took me almost two years of showing and never heard any complaints from Hany. You can go with Hany with a peace of mind because he takes it personal as if he buying for himself. He is not from that kind that pushes you for his commission, in fact, he recommends if the house is not worth it. Hany is very knowledgeable with contracting background and experience. He explains everything in details, the advantages and disadvantages. He points out the good and bad and recommends what is needed to get it fixed along with an estimate of the cost.
