This man has 5 stars for a reason, he is probably the most honest realtor in this country. Jeff helped me in 2015 when I was buying my first home. At he time, I worked a low paying job, had student loans and no other realtor wanted anything to do with me. I found him while looking at a vacant lot that he had listed and he quickly took me in, listened to what I could do financially, set me up with a loan officer that actually cared and guided me through that end of things, and then we got to house hunting. Jeff showed me many properties that he could have easily have pushed me through on and made his cut and been done. But no, he helped me weed out the ones that would have been a money sink or would not have fit my lifestyle and left me unhappy, he even stuck with me when I was getting frustrated with him telling me "let this one go, it has issues", I now understand why. In the end, we settled on a small home in the country and we so happy. Ty Jeff
