Jeff Cohen deserves more than 5 stars! My three brothers and I were all involved in the selling of our mother’s home and I was extremely impressed with Jeff’s communication skills. He would contact all four of us INDIVIDUALLY several times a week to update us and answer any questions we may have had in the process! Jeff responded to all of our texts, calls, and emails right away. Jeff did extensive research on the market in our area. We trusted his judgement on the listing price and timing which made the selling process absolutely seamless. His knowledge of the industry is unparalleled. Jeff is extremely detailed oriented, self-directed, competent, knowledgeable and plans for all potential issues when selling/listing real estate. He gave me options for all potential issues, should any occur, and kept me informed on a daily/weekly basis. His follow up is without peer. In a seller's market, creating a competitive offer is key in securing your dream home. Jeff made sure each of our offers were competitive, while also keeping in mind our budget and what we wanted to include in the offer.
