The process of purchasing a home can be very daunting. Jennifer and Mariah were available whenever I reached out. They are very knowledgeable and made the buying process incredibly easy. I had several ‘must haves’ regarding the property and Mariah kept searching until the perfect home was found. I met with this amazing team of women about a month ago, they walked into my home, looked around and then we sat down, they proceeded to guide me on what I needed to do for the photo shoot, then to tell me what we would put the house up for BUT than stated what she knew it would sell for... I kid you NOT it sold for more! They never allowed the dust to settle on them, always communicating every step of the way, responding quickly via text, email and phone calls. I did this totally on my own and I NEVER felt insecure or alone with them supporting me. When there was an issue in my condominium association, they jumped in and represented my interest and worked with the Mgt Co. not just to help me but the other 122 homeowners.
