Jermaine goes above and beyond to help his clients. I am so pleased I managed to connect with him when I started searching for our new home. Jermaine advised us through the whole process (which wasn't straightforward as we were doing it from overseas). He listened intently to what we needed and focused our search so we could rapidly find the home we wanted; he took us around Philadelphia to look at places but also showed us the neighbourhoods and provided lots of useful information about the areas we visited relevant to our own needs (he does his homework); he then helped us through the closing process which was fabulous as we were unfamiliar with the US/PA sales process - Jermaine's calm guidance and willingness to connect at crazy hours due to our time zone differences was greatly appreciated.
