I've never sold a house before and had no idea what to do or where to begin. Jerry Thompson took the time to explain the entire process, then kept me up-to-date at every step along the way. He was available to answer questions day or night, always within minutes, and he remained polite and friendly no matter how many times I texted him. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful, professional realtor. I would recommend Jerry to anyone interested in buying or selling a home!

I have worked with Jerry on several purchases and sales over the last 15 plus years. My last sale/purchase was very complicated and had to be timed perfectly. He stayed on top of the situation from start to finish. He was constantly updating me as to status with the people that were buying my house and the people that I was buying from. It was a very stressful situation that Jerry did his best to make as easy as possible. It was impressive to say the least. Jerry Thompson helped us find the others we needed to close the deal (eg: bank and lawyer) and helped us through the process. He proved knowledgeable and helpful in a variety of ways. His humor and calm demeanor eased our anxiety. When things got slow, he expedited the proceedings by contacting all those involved. He was always polite but firm. He never gave false hope or promises and we trusted his integrity. We are very glad he was the one who answered the initial queries and we chose him to handle the sale of our house.
