I have used jerry for 4 transactions previously,and every time comes through ,with attention and communication,so this makes 5 deals for me ,so far...

he just performs at the highest standard, because he cares.

he and century 21 gold standard are my only choice for any real estate transaction,he was not pushy as most, agents, just patient to make sure you were comfortable when you are ready to make offer and complete the deal in a timely manor, he even stayed in contact while on vacation, thats true dedication

This was an extra bothersome closing as the age and survey had to be changed and Jerry worked with all the attorney's to include the Town attorney to correct all issues. He showed more knowledge of how thing needed to be handled than all 3 attorneys. Without his expertise I do not know if we would have been able to complete the sale.

Jerry is an excellent negotiator and provided distinct and clear decision making direction when offers came. I am a driven businessman and Jerry knew exactly how to strategize on the sale of our land and home as well as the purchase of our new home.

Wow. I can't say enough great things about Jerry. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He really went above and beyond the call of duty for me. When it became apparent that an issue with my basement was causing concern from prospective buyers, Jerry was a star. He reached out to contractors and personally met with them to get estimates and negotiate a quick repair. He knew exactly what price was fair for the repair I needed and did all he could to help resolve the problem so I could get the house back on the market right away. He took the time to keep tabs on the progress of the repair so I didn't have to take extra time off work, and once it was done, the house sold right away. Jerry knew just what price was right for the house, how best to market it and everything he recommended from the start turned out to be spot on. I really could not be happier.

I recommend Jerry Thompson and Century 21 all the time.

Jerry showed me a property he was selling around the same time I wanted to sell my property. I put an offer on the property but did not get it. However, I found him helpful and easy to deal with so I decided to use him for the sale of my home.

Jerry is very knowledgeable about the market and helped me to understand the whole process. In dealing with him, I did not feel any pressure when I was making an offer on the "For Sale" property or when selling my property, but he did help me to make decisions by providing the information I needed.

This is the first time I've sold a home. The experience was very positive and I would use Jerry again when buying or selling property.

selected Jerry based on his reputation for getting houses sold and knowing that he had a knowledge of the area. He was very professional had an excellent knowledge of houses and their value for the area. Did an excellent job of marketing the house with extremely good photos.

Jerry is prompt and easy to work with always gves you 100% effort.

We used Jerry Thompson to sell our last home and buy our current house; we could not be happier. No one will work harder for you! He practically pulled people off the street, and got them pre-approved to make offers on our house. Most other agents just list your house and let other agents sell it, not this guy. After a week on the market, we had a bidding war and sold our house for 20k over asking. I know this is not typical, but it's very possible with Jerry.
When it comes to buying a house, once again, there is no one who will work harder for you. We ended up paying what our initial offer was going to be!
No one knows East Aurora better. Jerry knows practically everyone in EA so he often gets the heads up before houses hit the market. He will even call FSBOs for you!
When it comes to communication, he will not leave you hanging. He checks in even when there's nothing going on just to touch base. He kept us well informed through the entire process of buying and selling.
He really is on top of things. He even caught something in our pre-approval that would have caused a lot of problems and paperwork down the road.
Jerry isn't pushy with his clients, he wants to sell you a house you will be happy with so he doesn't try to push you into buying something just to make a sale.
Aside from all this, he's friendly, courteous and funny! What more can I say, you would be a fool not to use Jerry! Anyone else is a step down.
