Jerry came VERY well prepared to our very first meeting with other properties similar to ours and a marketing plan that fit our needs.

He was a "Godsend" in helping us find a temporary residence when our new build was not ready to move into and we needed to move out of our sold house quickly.

Jerry WAS the VERY best agent we could have asked for especially when the closing got delayed beyond his control. He continously stayed in touch with any news and he brought us much "peace of mind" that he was on top of things and looking out for our best interests.

I was very pleased wth Jerry Thompson. I was the purchaser in the sale and felt very comfortable asking questions about the property we were buying.

I interviewed seven brokers from the area. Jerry Thompson was incredibly knowledgeable about the Depew area and its assets and drawbacks. He also was receptive, even encouraging, about keeping the tenant in the upstairs apartment. He assured me he could work with the tenant. A previous listing agent was unable to.
