Jerry was exceptionally knowledgeable of pricing, supply and demand of housing in my area. He had a thorough marketing plan that only needed to be partially implemented because the house sold immediately. He answered all of my questions promptly, and was informative regarding every step of the process. I also felt that he had my best interest in mind, when making recommendations or decisions.

Jerry sold our house in 2 DAYS for above asking price! He was everything we could have asked for in a real estate agent. We didn't hesitate to recommend him to our parents to sell their property. No real estate agent in our area seemed to have as much knowledge about the neighborhood, town, and real estate market than Jerry.

Additionally, Jerry was unbelievably helpful to me as a first time home seller. He thoroughly explained the process and was able to answer my many questions as they arose. He was available morning, noon, and night, weekends and holidays and always provided quick answers and helpful advice throughout the entire process.

Jerry was extremely knowledgeable of the market and options in the area I was interested in. Once Jerry was comfortable with my desires, he was very aggressive in pursuing multiple options. Throughout the entire process, I never had an issue contacting Jerry or getting a timely response.

I would strongly suggest Jerry to anyone that is serious and ready to purchase or sell a home... he works fast!!

Jerry was awesome to work with from start to finish when buying our first home! He was very understanding and incredibly knowledgeable. He had no problem explaining every step in detail before we even asked, and often explained them more than once (he's very patient too). Communication was a breeze; very flexible between email, phone, time of day. We could always reach him when needed. We highly recommend anyone to Jerry Thompson! Thank you Jerry!

Jerry Thompson went over and above what he needed to do to help us sell our parents townhouse. He got us estimates on painting and put us in touch with who we needed to get the sump pump checked out. Someone had to be there to let these people in and he made sure we didn't have to travel to Grand Island to do that. He kept us informed of the progress of the sale on all levels and communicated both with me and my sister, who lives in Ohio.

i was very anxious about selling and buying at the same time. jerry was patient, professional, and understanding to my needs. we liked him so much as a buying realtor, we asked him to be our listing agent agent as well for our old home. he is available morning noon and night. i could not have asked for a better agent! he sold our house in only 2 weeks on the market!

I checked with four people before I put the house up for sale. Jerry Thompson did much more extensive research than any of the others and he was willing to take the time to answer my questions and discuss things with me. He really listens!

Jerry Thompson helped us tremendously with buying our first home. I was so impressed by Jerry throughout the entire process. He was an expert in local area, navigating my requests with ease. He referred me to an excellent inspector and attorney. He saved me $9,000 in closing costs. He guided me through all aspects of the process and was always available. In short, he defines excellent and I would not have a house without him.
