Have been working with Jerry since 1992 and this is our 5th real estate transaction together. Jerry's professional, prompt and gets the job done by infusing his life long WNY experience and superior market knowledge.

My house was not only advertised and sold quickly but the price we received for the home was outstanding. He walked us through EVERY step of the way and was extremely knowledgable. He is someone you MUST have if you are getting an agent.

Jerry's advice on preparing the property for sale, photos for the website listing and selecting the proper listing price point resulted in immediate and numerous showings by buyers' agents with offers above the listing price and a quick sale. He communicated often and offered guidance in the "next step" after discussing the offers. When the buyer's anticipated financing ran into a delay, he worked with the buyer's agent to find a mutually acceptable plan to quickly finalize the sale without changing the contract terms. We were comfortable with Jerry's advice througout the process and it seems he provides the same attention and effort in selling a house in this price range as he would with a million dollar property.
