Jerry Thompson is the very best. He’s worth upsetting your friend or relative who’s “in real estate”. Jerry will pull people off the sidewalk to bid on your house (true story) and convince uninterested parties into looking at your house. That’s exactly what happened with our last sale. and the house nextdoor. No one will work harder for you! We will always go with and recommend Jerry.

My overall experience working with Jerrold Thompson and Century 21 was great. Jerrold was very easy to talk to, explain the process of selling the house and he always kept me informed and up to date. I would gladly use him again and recommend him.

The property was a difficult sell. Jerry assured me that he would handle any obstacles and that he would still gladly take the job. There were many hurdles from property lines and being an out-of-town seller, to tenant occupation. Jerry handled them all seamlessly, patiently, and with a finesse that only comes from experience.

We chose to interview Jerry based on reviews previous clients had given him online. He got excellent reviews. We decided to work with him after hearing his analysis of the local market and his sales plan for our home. He explained in detail what he'd do and how he thought we should approach the current atypical market. He explained what to expect through the whole process. Jerry had professional photos/videos/drone footage taken of our home. He advised us when to put our home on the market and how to price it in the current market. Our home received 9 offers within 4 days. Jerry helped us select the best offer. We would highly recommend Jerry. He is a very experienced real estate professional with great people skills. He is always calm in chaotic situations, very responsive, and easy to contact. He is willing to help in any way he can, before, during, or after a sale.
