Jerrold Thompson was quick to communicate and helped me find a house that I could live in, at my price point, within 2 months. That is crazy impressive and certainly helped me out. He took me to tour homes and took my requirements seriously. He didn't try to push for me to get a house outside of my budget and was very aware and quick to inform me of possible expenses I would need to do on the homes we were looking at. I went into my house, with full knowledge of it's faults and it's benefits. I was able to make a great choice and am currently living happily in my home now.

Jerry was great through the whole process. Knew local markets, codes and town boards and because of that we were able to sell for price higher than we originally expected.

I have bought and sold all of my houses using Jerry as our agent. He is the very best in the business; I wouldn't dream of using someone else.

I was a little nervous because we were buying a house in NY while residing in FL but Jerry took the stress out of it. His videos and zoom walk- throughs were better than I imagined! It wasn't a big deal at all.

Jerry is and has always been a pleasure to work with.

I will be contacting Jerry in 3-5 years when it's time for a change!
