We had heard from many people how great Jerry was. Jerry was extremely helpful in purchasing a home and selling our current home. He gave us honest opinions when looking at houses and was always there for any questions we had. He never made us feel like we were a bother to him, and always took the time to answer all of our questions and show us multiple homes. He would do whatever you needed when looking for a house and get you top dollar for selling a house! Jerry was kind, knowledgeable and made purchasing and selling a house easy!

Jerry made our impossible sale possible. At the time of putting our house on the market, I was out of the country, unable to return, with a full estate left behind, and during Covid, meaning many key offices were closed. It was a saga, but Jerry handled his role navigating this unprecedented situation expertly. We are very grateful for his expertise in handling a very unorthodox sale. Thank you Jerry!

Jerry Thompson must be the best broker out there. He helped us negotiate purchasing our new home below asking price, while selling our previous home above asking price before it even it the market. He is efficient, available, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and really knows his craft. I appreciate everything he has done for us and highly recommend him to anyone even remotely interested in purchasing and selling real estate. Buying a home during a pandemic certainly isn’t ideal, especially when you have never been to the area you are moving to- not even the state. However, Jerry’s professionalism and knowledge made the process much easier. We were able to “visit” many homes through virtual platforms, comfortable in trusting Jerry’s feedback in this important process. He was patient with all questions and took the time to discuss any concerns. Jerry was extremely responsive, answering all calls, texts and emails quickly and efficiently. He was never too busy for us and his knowledge of the area was very beneficial- from schools, neighborhoods, sports, etc. From start to finish (and beyond), Jerry has been a key player in our home buying experience. I would highly recommend Jerry to anyone buying or selling a house!

We were first time homebuyers with very little knowledge of what it meant to buy a home. Our friends had used Jerry when they were also first time home buyers and were extremely satisfied with their home buying process with him.

Being first time home buyers, we didn’t know very much about how the process worked. We were full of questions and Jerry never minded answering any of them for us. He gave us his best input from both his personal and professional standpoints

Jerry was so incredibly honest, personable, knowledgeable, timely, and best of all he was approachable. He was confident as a real estate agent, which was important to us as naive first time home buyers. He never left us guessing, made us feel so comfortable and confident and we felt like we had known him for years.

The home buying process is always made out to be incredibly daunting and dreadful. While it may have been with the bank, Jerry made our home buying process a breeze. Buying and selling a home is a very stressful experience, especially for older people who have been in one place for a while and have accumulated a lot of “stuff”. To balance out that stress, those people need a realtor who is reassuring, calm, informative, and above all, AVAILABLE. Jerry Thompson was all of those things for us. He knew what had to be done, and when, and issued reminders when we needed them. Now that we are more or less settled in our new home, we truly appreciate his expertise. Thanks, Jerry!

We have been working with Jerry for a long time. We had to disappoint him a number of times due to unforeseeable circumstances. Both we AND Jerry were somewhat disappointed with the outcome of several “deals” but he stuck by us thru a stressful time and we all made out okay in the end. He really is super nice guy and an incredibly hard worker. We knew his father and worked with him many years ago. Jerry is a credit to his company and his father would be very proud.
