Jim first started his career in Real Estate in St Louis in 1984 and immediately became a member of the Million Dollar Club and was the Rookie of The Year at his Brokerage. Jim quickly learned that overcoming obstacles in Real Estate was the key to success because his 1st year in Real Estate Home interest rates were in the 14% plus range! Learning how to adapt, improvise and overcome has given Jim success his entire Real Estate career. He is a past President of the Butler County Kansas Board of Realtors, founding member of the Board of Directors of the South Central Kansas MLS and has served on State level Committees.

He has been a Broker in both Missouri and Kansas for over 39 years, has had close to 100 Million Dollars in Home Sales and has owned multiple Brokerages in both states over his Career. He has overseen more than 10,000 transactions in his career as a Broker gaining experience and knowledge from every one.
