John was the listing agent on the property we purchased and we were new to Illinois from California. We needed someone extremely knowledgeable and he knew the area, was able to make good recommendations knew the real-estate laws etc. so we decided to deal with John directly. We made the right choice!

He was always available to answer our questions and get us feedback / updates during the entire process.

If it wasn't for John we would not have been able to purchase the property. He negotiated the price to fit our budget and got us in touch with the right broker for the financing. We are very pleased with the results and are very happy in our new home.

He's a down to earth guy that cares about what he does .he has excellent communication skills and he has a vast overall knowledge of the realty world.i have purchased four properties with him so far and all of them closed successfully with no problems. I REAL DID NOT KNOW MR. CAMPOBASSO, BUT DO NOW AND IF I HAD 100 HOMES TO SELL I WOULD WANT JOHN TO HAVE THEM ALL AND RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE ELSE USE HIM

John Compobasso is very knowledgeable. He has all his t's crossed and i's dotted. Punctual, good at getting back to you, is either on the same page or two steps ahead and gets the job done. He is seasoned in his field and keeps updated as times change and is quite the character. He would take the shirt off his back for you if he can. Very satisfied with outcome of the sale of our townhome, and buying a single family house an hour away on a contingency basis. Highly recommend.

The building sold within the time frame that John had planned with me. The handling of the sales contract went smoothly. There were issues with the buyer's attorney and broker which John handled professionally and expedited without problems, often going "above and beyond " his responsibilities to ensure the sales process proceeded in a timely manner.

John has a very professional, and approachable personality. He took more than required responsibility for the entire process which made this difficult transaction as easy as possible.

On the several occasions I had contact with the office staff I found them to be friendly and helpful in all matters.

I have now listed a second property with John. I will be listing my personal residence with him also.
