I have been involved in real estate sales and appraising for 31 years. I invested 8 years as a real estate appraiser to learn how to correctly price properties and defend those prices in the event of below-market offers. I also utilize that experience to appraise a property before my buyer clients make a bid. I completed over 6,000 appraisals between 1986 and 1994.

In 1994, I transitioned to full-time real estate sales and marketing, bringing that wealth of experience with me, and began a partnership with my mother at RE/MAX Realty. My mother has since retired but was one of the most successful realtors of her time, closing over $600,000,000 in real estate before technology became commonplace.

Since 1994, I have helped over 300 families buy and sell properties and have successfully closed over $100,000,000 in total sales volume. Additionally, I have completed over 7,000 broker price opinions for banks and mortgage companies since 2010.
