My first contact was about the feasibility of selling the house. Not sure I wanted to sell as the house needed significant restoration. This was not my house, my mother had passed away with a significant reverse mortgage. Cost of renovation seemed to exceed any hope to break even. I could have let the bank repossess it and be done.
Jon was confident he could sell the house without renovation at a good price.
I believed him, and I'm glad I did! He was easy to work with and is ever positive. This was a great experience.

Jon DeYoung worked very hard for almost a year to find us the. right place. It turned out to be a challenging purchase, but Jon worked diligently to make the purchase work and go through to recording. We would use Jon again without hesitation. And, he is a real nice guy!

Jon is excellent to work with! You can tell he has the years of experience you need to be successful in the real estate business. He knew where to price our home. Knew what would be a good offer versus a pointless offer. Overall, he was just awesome through the end! And now, helping us buy our new home has been fairly simple as well.
