Being my first home buying experience it was stressful. Jon made it easy and bearable. He was a god send. His knowledge and personality made him the go to guy for advice and for questions on anything that I had. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a home.

We were referred to Jon by a friend when we sold our primary residence a couple of years ago and were pleased with him and how he represented us. When we were ready to sale and investment property, we felt very comfortable to return to Jon for his services. It was almost picture perfect, it was under contract in a week for more than the asking price. We feel that was due to it bring priced right and the right marketing once it was listed. We would use Jon again if we had any more properties to sale and give a very strong recommendation for anyone considering using his services.
