Juan Santos was recommended to me by a coworker. I was interested in selling my home. I met with Mr. Santos and he assured me that he would make this process as easy as possible. Mr. Santos spoke with all potential buyers, scheduled an open house, and with 2 months my home was sold. Mr. Santos is enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable. This was my first experience selling a house and Mr. Santos made it a very memorable one by his professionalism and the quick sell of the property. I would definitely recommend Juan Santos for buying and selling properties.

Awesome! Enthusiastic, friendly, expert, go-getter, responsive, patience these are just a few words to describe Juan. Great responding an email or a phone call, I truly recommend him to anybody that is looking to buy or sale a property.
Even after the transaction is done I still communicate with him with any question or concern. For example the property taxes. Juan is always there to help.

I was referred to Juan Santos by a family member in July 2013. When I met Juan I expressed to him I needed to sale my home quickly before I lose it. Juan reassured me that he could help me in trying to short sale my home. In a week Juan called and said someone wanted to see my home. The couple arrived at my home and made a offer. I was in disbelief. The first showing and I was entering into a contract. Juan got my short sale approved by October 2013 and my house sold. The great part about it is Juan Santos negotiated with the lender on my behalf and with my approved short sale I had no out of pocket expenses, along with a ZERO balance with the lender. I would recommend Juan Santos to anyone in need of sale or purchase of a home. He's honest, dedicated, and he is compassionate about his clients and their needs.
